Yes, all our products are made of 925 sterling silver.

What can I do if there's no stock of the product I want?

If this happens, you can contact us by email (info@ohanajewels.com) we'll be in touch with you to let you know an estimate on when they can be restocked. 

Is it safe to shop at Ohana Jewels?

Yes, it is completely safe as the payment is made through bank payment gateway and we have no way of accessing your bank details. 

What if I don't get my order?

If you have not received your order after the delivery deadline, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, as this may be due to a delay or issue with the shipping company that we will try to solve as soon as possible.

Jewelry Care

All our jewelry is made of solid sterling silver and plated with gold, rose gold, ruthenium or rhodium, as well as cubic zirconia, semi-precious stones, etc. For better preservation of the pieces, we make the following recommendations:

  • Avoid direct contact with cosmetics or chemicals that may affect the shine and color of the jewelry.
  • Do not sleep with them.
  • Do not wet them, and avoid showering or washing hands with jewelry.
  • Do not exercise or do any sports activities with them.
  • Store jewelry neatly, avoiding friction with each other or any other rough material. Our packaging covers are ideal for keeping them in perfect condition.
