   3.2. Prices: All prices for items are displayed in Euros, with the option to convert them to some other currencies, and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

   4.1. Order Process: You can add the items you want to buy to the cart, and once added to the cart, you can place the order. By continuing with the purchase process, you will be asked for your email address and delivery and billing address, and you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, committing not to place any false or fraudulent orders. We will process your order once we receive payment confirmation and will send it as soon as possible.

   4.2. Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit or debit card (VISA and MasterCard) and through PayPal. By providing your credit or debit card information, you guarantee that you are the cardholder and/or authorized to use that card.

   4.3. Availability: In case of unavailability of the ordered product, you will be offered the option to change the color or model, wait for the approximate date of the next availability if known, or obtain a refund.

   4.4. Order Cancellation: We only accept order cancellations if they have not been shipped yet.

5. Shipments and Deliveries

   5.1. Delivery Times: We estimate delivery times with the greatest possible accuracy based on information provided by carriers and our own analysis of previously sent packages. However, delivery times are indicative and, in no case, have a fixed character or a commitment to delivery within those times. We are not responsible for delays that may arise for reasons beyond our control (customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

   5.2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are detailed during the payment process depending on the destination address/country and are the responsibility of the buyer unless a free shipping promotion is applied, conditioned to a minimum purchase amount.

   5.3. Tariffs and Customs Fees: For shipments outside the customs territory of the European Union, the buyer will be responsible for tariffs, expenses, and/or taxes resulting from customs procedures in the destination country.

   5.4. Damages: In case the products are visibly damaged during shipping, the damages must be reported through the Website's contact form or the email info@ohanajewels.com within a maximum period of 72 hours after receiving the product.

   5.5. Failed Delivery: When the order has not been delivered and is returned due to an incorrect and/or incomplete address or the withdrawal period at the pickup point has expired, the order can be resent once it has arrived at our facilities, with the cost of the new shipment borne by the buyer. Alternatively, a refund for the amount of the products can be issued, with the shipping charges for the failed delivery not being refundable in these circumstances.

6. Changes and Returns

   6.1. Return Period: We offer a period of 14 natural days for returns from the date of receipt of the product.

   6.2. Return Conditions: The cost of the return shipment will be borne by the buyer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or damage to the product or receiving an item different from the one ordered. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition and with intact packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

   6.3. Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return: Custom-made or personalized products.

   6.4. Refunds: A refund or a store credit will be issued for the amount of the returned items once they are received at our facilities.
